From Friday, February 25 until Sunday, March 13, 2011, are held VII DAYS OF CANTABRIA GOURMET PRODUCTS, organized by the hospitality association of Cantabria.
As in previous years Restaurante El Jardin del Gran Hotel Balneario Puente Viesgo participate in them with a special menu based on local produce:
- Artichokes and eggplant timbale with roasted peppers and bacalao al pil-pil.
- Medallion of tenderloin in red wine with sautéed vegetables and
- warm fritters, stuffed with cream cheese with orange sauce Villcarriedo.
The Restaurant "El Jardín" Grand Hotel Balneario de Puente Viesgo is among the select club of Cantabria-infinite quality.
